Publiciva is the consulting firm and the mission is the contribution to the Innovation and the Value creation of the Public sector.

The word "Innovation" may simply means "change", however the following two elements are required in the business administration .

Newness
Value added

In other words, "innovation" is essentially included "value creation" in its element .

We focusing on the creation of value rather than the new measures.
The "value", of course, is for the "customer". For example, it is for "the residents" for the local governments ,or for "the patients and its family" for the hospitals.

We think that the public-private partnership is considered essential for the value creation in the field of nonprofit. In other words, excellent private businesses will innovate the nonprofit sector in the future.
The ultimate goal is the achievement of "the virtual single Governance "(VSG) method which we call. or "Network governance".

For public-private partnership, currently, "PFI" or "the designated administrator sysytem" are the good practice, we think.

We calculated that the potential market size is more than 10 billion dolloers. Therefore, the large or small private businesses are aiming to the opportunity to enter this market. However they could not achieve from the view of the value creation

We, therefore, have to propose the unique and concrete solution because we have achieved in the field of the government ,local governments and even private hospitals.
